Applications are invited from interested and eligible candidates for appointment of one Senior Research Fellow (SRF) on temporary basis for CSIR sponsored Project entitled “Stereoselective Synthesis of Heterosteroidal Spirocyclic Oxindoles as Antineoplatic Agents” (Reference No. 02(0329)/17/EMR) under Dr. Pratap Chandra Acharya, Principal Investigator, Department of Pharmacy, for a period of three years or tenure of the project whichever is earlier.

Age Limit: 32 years as on the date of interview (relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes/OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates)
Qualifications:
Essential qualifications: (i) MSc, BE, BTech, BVSc, BPharm, or equivalent degree, and at least two years of post-MSc, BE, BTech, BVSc, BPharm, research experience, as evidenced from published papers in standard refereed journals; or (ii) ME, MTech or equivalent degree in Engineering/Technology; or (iii) MPharm/MVSc/ MBBS or BDS with 1 year internship.
Desirable: The candidate with GPAT or GATE and working/research experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Chemistry will be preferred.
