Liva Pharmaceuticals Limited – a Zydus Cadila Group of company, with a state-of-art injectable products manufacturing facility at Vadodara (Village : Jarod, Halol – Vadodara). The plant will manufacture liquid vials, Lyophilised products, Pre-filled syringes and cartridge products. It will be a most modern plant, fully automated facility for injectable formulation, will be catering mainly to US and other regulatory market.

Job Description:
- Responsible for Production activities should have operational knowledge of sterile manufacturing equipment like Autoclaves, Vial filling line, PFS filling line, Cartridge filling line, Vial, cartridge, PFS inspection machines, etc.
- Ensure ensure cGMP procedures.
- Schedule of production, qualification, validation are adhered.
- Excursions and deviations are reported and recorded.
- Ensure the area and its machineries are in state of qualification.
- Ensure the products are manufactured as per schedule within stipulated cost.
- Prepare SOPs, wherever required.
- Investigate or help in investigation wherever required.
Qualifications:
B. Pharm / M. Pharm having exposure of sterile manufacturing equipment like Autoclaves, Vial filling line, PFS filling line, Cartridge filling line, Vial, cartridge, PFS inspection machines, etc. for the regulatory market.
