Qualifications: 

POSITION BACKGROUND:

Providing Support in Quality control testing in day today activity, maintenance of ISO and OHSAS documents. Support in sampling of finished goods, raw material and packing material from Warehouse and plant. Have good Microsoft office knowledge, can do the SAP entries in QM module. Update on deviation and involve in root cause analysis. Update documents maintained in Quality department. Have a good knowledge on 5S or TPM.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To ensure all in-house Quality testing are done first time right.
• Raw material, Packing material and finished good testing and sampling.
• Calibration of Lab instruments,i.e Brookfield viscometer ,Karfisher Titrator,pH meter, thermometer.
• Make sure all instrument used in Quality lab are calibrated and maintained cleanly.
• Uses time effectively and do the SAP entry on time.
• Exchanges information’s with concerned department for QC test analysis.
• Participate in Tools box talk.
• Conduct internal audit and document the record.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• 3-4 years’ experience in Chemical Company.
• Handles ISO documents.
• Quality control testing
• SAP QM Module.
• Microsoft office.
• Analytical skills for instrument FTIR, Karfisher Titrator, Brookfield viscometer, GC, pH meter, % Solid content.

EDUCATION:

• MSc or BSc in chemistry.
• Fluent English both written and verbal is mandatory.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 4 years of Quality control department.
• SAP exposure on QM module
