Qualifications:
1. New Product Identifications and IP strategies
2. Patent search and landscape, preparing FTO, patent opinions for formulation patents
3. PBL’s patents drafting & patent prosecution
4. Preparing world wide report for all formulation related patents
5. All para IV activities and handling ANDA litigations
6. Patent Oppositions and Revocations
Experience : 3 to 6 years
