Job Description:
QA system and Customer focus
- Responsible for adapting Clariant global QM policy and objectives. Establish plant quality management working procedure as a continuously improving team, producing consistent quality products and services in a timely, safe and responsible manner for our customers.
prepare and follow up customer required external quality audit - Establish customer requirements regarding product quality
– Develop and implement test methods to be in line with customers’ requirements
– Handle quality related customer complaints, customer inquiries to meet
customer satisfaction
– Work closely with global quality management (QM) team on technical
investigation and issue, write statements for customers;
– Define and review of corrective actions and preventive action for complaint
and OOS.
– Issue QM documents for customers including: Technical delivery
specifications, Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
– Verify quality management agreements with customers and quality
database management - Responsible for adapting Clariant global QM policy and objectives for Bonthapally site.
Quality Control, Lab Management
- Responsible for the quality of all RM/WIP/FGs manufactured at Bonthapally site.
- Responsible for the time efficient and cost effective operation of quality control.
- Proper test equipment management e.g. calibration etc.
- Proper Lab documentation, record etc
- To develop/optimise/validate the analytical methods per requirement
- Provide motivation, leadership, management, evaluation and training to all laboratory employees.
System Management
- Implement cosmetic GMP according to ISO 22716 and EFCI guide for cosmetic ingredients at the site
- Management of Change: quality related
- Provide specific cosmetic GMP and hygiene training for all relevant units at the site.
- Maintan data for the Management Review on site level.
- Conduct internal quality audit and ensure the ISO qualification of the site
Safety & 5S
- Responsible for the safety of quality control lab
- Define 5S standard in responssible area and implement accordingly
Others:
- Support registration and Reach initiatives
- Support PS team for product related information.
Qualifications: Ph.D (Organic chemistry) from a reputed Institute.
