The person will be medium level professional & is identified as a strong supporter in handling day to day shift activities. Currently the volumes in M&PC BU are increasing & this clearly demands the support from Quality department for timely approvals.
The strategy for M&PC Quality demands the following from Supply Chain Vision:
– To focus & provide support in the projects which will reduce the QC testing time.
– To focus & provide support the projects which will help in faster
– To support continuous implementation process in Quality department.
Job requirements/Candidate profile
– M.Sc (Chemistry) / BTech chemical
– 1-3 years of post-qualification, hands on experience in the field of paint (or related) lab/manufacturing. .
– Customer focussed (External and Internal).
– Ready to accept challenging targets.
– Job requires a good interpersonal skills with peer groups.
– Relationship building with peer group & with colleagues of all internal supporting departments.
