Job Responsibilities :
- Issuing Medicines at Pharmacy Counters for patients.
- Supplying the Medicines to the Patient.
- Issuing the medicines to OT dept.
- Attending medicine enquiry calls.
- Stock Verification.
- Monitoring of non movement Items.
- Co ordinating with Doctors.
- Arranging Medicines in systematic order in shelves refrigerator.
- Inventory Control.
- Preparing Purchase Order.
- Receiving of the Stocks from the Central Stores (Vech) & Suppliers.
- Preparing of Computer GRN.
- Making Comparative Statements.
- Receiving the Quotations from the Suppliers.
- Taking approvals for all Purchase Bills from Centre Head.
- Submitting of Bills to the Accounts Department.
- Preparing of Gate Pass, maintaining of Gate Pass Register.
- Collecting the Credit Notes.
- Preparing of Monthly Stock Statement.
- Any other administrative work as per need.
